Check Address Feature

The Check Address Feature allows you to get an overview of an address found within your database and view a variety of associated information. You can Check Addresses, Create Registration, and Create an Address. All options are covered below.

Using the Check Address Feature:

1. First Navigate to the top left of your dashboard and click the blue Check Address button
2. Search for the address you want to view in the left Check Address box
3. Select the address in the drop-down
4. Click View Details

An Overview of the Information provided in a Check Address Search:

Section 1: Zone Details

The Zone Details section will not only inform you as to where the address currently resolves to (based on Zone overrides and previously set address-resolving settings made in Settings > Zones) but it will also list out all other zones that the address geographically falls into.

Section 2: Open Leads

The Open Leads section will display all of the leads associated with the searched address that have not yet been converted to orders.

Section 3: Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section will display all of the subscriptions associated with the searched address.

Section 4: Orders

The Orders section will show you all orders that are associated with the searched address.

Section 5: Contacts

The Contacts section will show you the contacts that have been associated with the searched address.

Section 6: Available Products

The Available Products section will display the Products that will be listed in the Bundle Builder step of the registration process for the searched address.

Section 7: Location

The Location section displays a map showing the geographical location (along with your zones and their boundaries) and at the bottom is more information about the address and the ID that will lead you to the address record.

Create registration:

Create registration allows an Admin User the ability to create a lead and experience the same registration process as seen on the customer-facing side of your CrowdFiber Instance.

Create registration within Check address allows your Customer services representatives to live within Check address. This is perfect for anyone with assisted order mode who will be taking orders through CrowdFiber on behalf of a customer/registrant.

To use Create registration:

1. Enter an address
2. Enter the associate unit number (if applicable)
3. Enter the associated Zipcode
4. Select your market from the Service Type drop-down menu
5. Click Start Registration

Create an address:

Create an address is used to introduce a new address record into your CrowdFiber database. It allows you to create an address record right from the Check address page.
