Lead Follow Up Email
The Lead Follow Up feature provides you with email automation. With Lead Follow Up you can automatically send an email to every registrant who has completed the Contact Information panel in your CrowdFiber registration process, but has abandoned your CrowdFiber registration process before submitting their registration.

- The Lead Follow Up Email contains a “Continue Registration” button that connects the lead to the step where they abandoned their CrowdFiber registration process. This feature enables a lead to resume their registration from the step where they abandoned, so the lead can continue their previous registration without having to perform an address search or carry out any previously completed steps.
- The email template and header logo will be identical to the Thank You emails delivered through your CrowdFiber platform.
- The email will be sent from the Contact Email established in your Brand Settings.
- The subject line can be customized.
- You control the automation schedule by setting the number of days to delay the delivery of the email after the lead abandons and customizing the time of day the Follow Up email is sent.

Part 1) Navigate To The Lead Settings
- Click the Brands link in the left-hand rail of your Admin Area.

- On the following page, in the Actions column, click the Edit button that is associated with the brand associated with this Lead Follow-Up email.

Part 2) Establish your Lead Follow Up Email Settings
Step 1) Lead timeout in days
- Set the number of days the Continue Registration button's resume registration link will remain active.

Step 2) URL for timed out leads redirect
- Establish the URL that the Continue Registration button will link to if the Continue Registration button is clicked after the number days in the Lead Time Out setting have passed.
- Tip: Create a custom landing page for this URL. Place a CrowdFiber address search widget above the fold of this page and utilize content that expands/continues the communication included in your Lead Follow Up email.
- Best Practice: Use a URL that contains your CrowdFiber address search widget, displayed above the fold, so a lead can quickly and easily restart a CrowdFiber registration process.

Step 3) Send lead follow up emails
- Check this checkbox when you are ready to activate the delivery of your Lead Follow Up email.
- The Lead Follow Up email will not be sent until this checkbox is checked and your settings are saved (as explained in Step 7, below).

Step 4) Lead follow up days
- Set the number of days to delay the delivery of the Lead Follow Up email after the registration process has been abandoned.

Step 5) Lead follow up hour of day
- Set the hour of the day that the email will be sent.
- This setting utilizes a 24-hour clock; enter a number between 0 and 23.

Step 6) Email body
- Create the content of your Lead Follow up email.
- The Continue Registration button will automatically be included in the body of this email.

- This button will save and apply your new Lead Follow Up settings.

Part 3) Customize Your Email Subject Line
- Click Language in the left-hand rail for your Admin Area.

- In the Language drop-down menu, select Campaign Email Templates.

- On the following page, click the Actions button associated with the "Automatic Lead Follow up" template.

- In the Actions button drop-down menu, select Edit.

- At the top of the following page, edit the Subject textbox. The text placed in this textbox will be your Lead Follow Up email subject line.

- Save and apply your new subject line by clicking the Blue Save Template button (located halfway down the current page, on the left-hand side).
