Champions Feature Overview

The Champions feature allows your customers to volunteer to help spread the word about your campaign.

You can enable Champions for your in-service and pre-registration zones to find customers who are willing to serve as brand ambassadors in their community. The platform allows you to easily locate and contact your Champions, and how you utilize their enthusiasm is entirely up to you.

How to Enable Champions

  1. Go to Settings > Backer Form in the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down the page to the section titled Champions Settings.

  3. Click the checkbox to enable the Champions feature for your in-service and/or pre-registration zones.

  4. Customize the language to be displayed to your customers on their Submit page.

  5. Click the blue Save button in the lower-left corner of the section.
