Terms Vs. Signatures
PDF Document Signing is needed if:
- You have complex documents (templating)
- You need user to enter information while they are signing.
- You need to merge data collected in an order/quote into what the user is signing.
- You need to automate the collection of signatures with custom quotes.
- You need the process to produce a signed-document
Terms/Acceptance Signing is needed if:
- You want to collect signatures inline, during the ordering process
- You have basic terms and conditions with no customization needed
- The user doesn’t have to enter any information while signing.
- You don’t need a signed document at the end, but you need a clear record that the user accepted (edited)
