Can I Request New Features?

CrowdFiber loves and thanks all of its clients for being the best part of what we do! Fortunately, CrowdFiber has grown into an organization that serves hundreds of tremendous clients, and with that growth we've seen clients use our platform in a variety of ways. For this reason, features that suits the needs of one client might not be applicable for another.

While we do not normally make unilateral changes based on individual requests, we do look to better serve each of our clients. We make this possible through configurable solutions that each customer can use to tune as needed.

We're constantly looking at ways to allow for customization of features - where each customer on the platform might want to organize, categorize, filter, style/color, etc. information in a different way. You see this in other areas of the platform - like the way you set your colors for buttons, language for your registration pages, what you call a backer (e.g. a supporter, member, customer, etc) or a zone (e.g. a service area), and so forth.

When navigating our platform or Help Center, there should always be an orange Help button in the bottom of your screen. Clicking on this icon will pop-up a small window that allows you to type out your suggestion or ask an unanswered question. This message will notify our staff and we’ll get right to work to better serve you!
