What Are Post-Registration Thank You Emails?
Post-Registration Thank You email is an automated email you deliver to each email address entered into the Contact Info panel in your registration process.
This email is immediately delivered (and only delivered) after the Submit button is clicked in the registration process.

- The email inbox of the email entered into the Contact Info panel in your registration processes.

- Inform them of any necessary additional actions.
- Communicate expectations regarding your future communication.
- Instruct your new registrant on how to continue their customer journey with your organization.

- Communicate the next steps toward getting their services installed.
- Pre-Registration Thank You Email
- Let registrants know how you’ll be keeping them up to date on your organization's progress toward providing service to their address. Encourage them to encourage their neighbors to sign up as well.
- Remote Message
- Be straightforward and remind these registrants that your services will not be available in the near future, but communicate that they'll be one of the first people to know if you plan to expand services into their area.
How to Edit Post-Registration Thank You Emails

Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.

Click the Language link located on the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.

Select the Campaign Email Templates link located in the Language drop-down menu.

On the following page, in the Campaign Email Template Settings index, click the Actions button located in the right-most column of the row containing your Thank You Email Template.

Click the Edit link located in the Actions button drop-down menu (see screenshot below).

Part 1) Customize Your Email Subject Line
On the following page, in the Template settings section, enter your custom subject line in the Title Textbox.
There is one global subject line delivered with all Post-Registration Thank You Emails.

Part 2) Customize Your Pre-Registration Thank You Email Content

Edit the text seen between

All text positioned before the red text " {% if Customer.zone_type == "extended" %}" will display in all Post-Registration Thank You Emails regardless of targeting.

Delete the text Pre-Registration Thank You Email Content when your Pre-Registration Thank You Email content is finalized.
Do not delete any of the text in red. Deleting any character of red text will stop all Post-Registration Thank You Emails from being sent. - Click the blue Save template button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the Template Section.
Part 3) Customize Your In-Service Thank You Email Content

Edit the text seen between

Delete the text "In-Service Thank You Email Content" when your In-Service Thank You Email content is finalized.
Do not delete any of the text in red. Deleting any character of red text will stop all Post-Registration Thank You Emails from being sent. - Click the blue Save template button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the Template Section.
Part 4) Customize Remote Thank You Email Content

Edit the text seen between
{% else %} & {% endif %}
All text positioned after the text " {% endif %} " will display in all Post-Registration Emails regardless of targeting.

2. Delete the text "Remote Thank You Email Content" when your Remote Thank You Email content is finalized.
Do not delete any of the text in red. Deleting any character of red text will stop all Post-Registration Thank You Emails from being sent.
3. Click the blue Save template button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the Template Section.
Part 5) Review your live Post-Registration Thank You Email.
- Proceed through a registration process for the In-Service Test address seen at the top of the Home Page on your CrowdFiber site.
- On the Contact Information panel, make sure to enter an email email address where you access its inbox.
The email address entered into the Contact Info Panel will receive your targeted Post-Registration Thank You Email. - Complete the remaining steps in the registration process.
- Click the Submit button located on the Review panel of your registration process.
- Open your email inbox and review your live Post-Registration Thank You email.
- Repeat Steps 1 through Step 4 for your Pre-Registration Test Address
- Repeat Steps 1 through Step 4 for your Remote Test Address.
