-
Goals For Survey Questions
- Gain insight into what your customers want from your organization.
- Aggregate data that gives your organization the ability to make more informed decisions.
- Collect information that will help your Sales and Support Teams make a great first impression with a smooth, efficient, prepared first touchpoint with the new registrant.
- Gather marketing intelligence. Ask questions that help you understand your customer demographics and give you insight into how you can improve your marketing efforts.
Best Practices
- Make it as quick and easy for registrants to submit their registration by keeping your surveys short and sweet.
- Too many survey questions can create a user experience that seems invasive or too time-consuming.
- Lengthy surveys increase the number of abandoned registration processes.
- Every survey question should serve a purpose. Do not ask more questions than necessary.
- Minimize abandoned registration processes.
- Collect only critical information in your CrowdFiber survey.
- Collect all of the "nice to have" information in future communications after the registrant completes your registration process.
-
Remember, you can always ask someone more questions after they become your customer or pre-registrant.
The questions seen in your test registration surveys are examples of common questions and answers presented in CrowdFiber surveys.
