Delete Test Data

What Is Deleting Test Data?

Deleting test data removes all the fictitious data/records created during your initial platform exploration as well as the Construction and Pre-Launch Review phases of your onboarding process.

Test data that will be deleted includes only the following records:

  • Addresses in Rome, GA
  • Contact records
  • Company records
  • Leads records
  • Order records

Why Delete Test Data?

Deleting test data allows you to start taking live registrations with a clean slate of metrics.

How To Delete Test Data

When you're ready to have your test data deleted, please submit the Test Data Deletion Request Message (seen below) via one of the two following methods:

  1. Send an email to support@crowdfiber.com

  2. Click the orange Help button seen in the lower left-hand corner of your CrowdFiber site.

You will receive an email confirmation of the deletion of your test data once your test data has been deleted.
