What is a Zone Status Message?

  • By default, your Pre-Registration Zones will display a percent to your demand goal (as defined in Step 6) inside a Pre-Registration Zone’s Map Bubble seen on the Service Area Page located on the front end of your CrowdFiber site (see the example screenshot to the left).

  • If you would like to avoid displaying a percent to goal in a Pre-Registration Zone’s Map Bubble, or if you do not have a demand goal for a Pre-Registration Zone, you do have the flexibility to display custom text rather than a percent to goal whenever necessary.

How to Establish Your Zone Status Message

  1. Navigate to the Zones page of your Admin Dashboard by clicking the Zones link in the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Use the filters at the top of your Zones page or scroll down to your Zones Index to locate the zone that you would like to edit.
  3. Click the zone's unique ID located in the ID column of the Zones Index to access the zone record.
  4. In the Zone Status Message Text box, enter the custom text that you would like to have displayed in your Map Bubble.
  5. Click one of the blue Save Zone Settings buttons located in the bottom left-hand corner of the zone record.
