Sonar Integration
The CrowdFiber/Sonar integration consists of three major components.
Address Sync
Users have the ability to sync addresses in a CrowdFiber zone with their Sonar database with the click of a button. When this sync is triggered two events occur:
- All addresses in the applicable zone will pass to Sonar.
- The ID of each Sonar address is stored in the applicable CrowdFiber address record.
- If an address in CrowdFiber does not exist in Sonar, a new address record is created in Sonar and the ID of the new address record in Sonar is stored in the applicable CrowdFiber address record.
- If a CrowdFiber registrant searches for an address that does not exist in Sonar/does not have a Sonar address ID, the address sync will occur in real-time, as described above.
Account Status
Zone records in CrowdFiber can store a Sonar ID to identify the registrations of that zone in Sonar account records as active, inactive, lead, pending, etc.
During the configuration of the integration, users have the ability to choose which zone(s) will pass registration data to Sonar.
Creation of a Sonar Record
After the Submit button is clicked at the end of a CrowdFiber registration process, the information captured in the CrowdFiber registration process will create a new account in Sonar (associating the address captured in the CrowdFiber registration with the matching address record in Sonar).
-
Account records created in Sonar by this integration contain all of the following details contained in the CrowdFiber order record:
- Address.
- Contact info.
- Markets (ex: Residential or Commercial).
- Products purchased.
-
Account Status (as defined in the CrowdFiber zone record associated with the account).
In the rare case there are any errors in the flow of data the errors will be recorded in the CrowdFiber order record.
- After the account record is created in Sonar, the Sonar account ID is stored in the CrowdFiber order record.
