Champions Checkbox On or Off
What is the Champions Checkbox?
- The Champions Checkbox is an optional checkbox in the Submit step in your registration process that allows registrants to express their interest in promoting your organization’s services.
- If a registrant checks this checkbox, a detail will be included in their registration/order record that identifies this person is interested in helping you spread the word about your organization.
- With this setting, you’ll be able to filter your orders/registrations by Champion status, as well as create marketing campaigns targeted exclusively to your Champions.
How to Access Your Champion Checkbox Settings
- If you would like to leave the Champion Checkbox active in your registration process, no action is necessary.
- Click the Settings link located in the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.
- Click the Registration Form link located in the Settings drop-down menu.
- On the following page, scroll down to Champion Settings.
How to Manage Your Champion Checkbox Settings
- Edit the appropriate checkboxes
Enable champions option for in-service registrations
- Checked
- The Champion Checkbox will display on the Review Panel for all In-Service registrations.
- Unchecked
- The Champion Checkbox will not display on the Review Panel for any In-Service registrations.
Enable champions option for pre-registration
- Checked
- The Champion Checkbox will display on the Review Panel for all In-Service registrations.
- Unchecked
- The Champion Checkbox will not display on the Review Panel for any In-Service registrations.
- Click the blue Save button to save your settings.
