Establish Registration Steps
Outline Your Registration Process
CrowdFiber provides you with the flexibility to create three independent registration processes. Each process can have a unique set of steps for a registrant to complete.
In this step, you'll define which steps are included in each of your three registration processes:
1. In-Service:
service areas where you are actively offering and installing services.
2. Pre-Registration:
service areas where you are assessing demand (areas where your services are not yet available but may be available in the future).
3. Remote:
areas where you will not be serving in the near future.
Focus solely on the structure of your registration panels during this step.
We’ll dive into customizing the content you see on these panels later on in the site construction process.

Part 1) Decide Which Panels to Utilize in Your Registration Process:
Keep your registration processes as short as possible (collect only information that is critical to carry out your next steps with the registrant).
Every step you include in your registration process is a chance for a registrant to abandon your registration process. You can always collect more information for your registrants after they complete your registration process.
Proceed through a registration process with your In-Service Test Address.
1. Enter the In-Service test address seen at the top of your CrowdFiber Home Page into the address search bar.
2. Select the Residential market from the Service Type drop-down menu.
3. Click the Go button.
4. Proceed through all of the steps in the registration process Familiarize yourself with each step you experience.
After completing the registration process in its entirety, decide which steps you would like to include in your three unique registration processes:
1. In-Service:
service areas where you are actively offering and installing services.
2. Pre-Registration:
service areas where you are assessing demand or have started construction (areas where your services are not yet available but may be available in the future).
3. Remote:
areas where you will not be serving in the near future.
Part 2) Add & Subtract Panels From Your Registration Processes

- Click the Settings link located in the left-hand rail of your Admin Dashboard.
- Click the Registration Form link located in the Settings drop-down menu.
- On the following page, in the Registration form panels section located at the top of the page, click the Actions button associated with the panel you would like to add or subtract from a registration process.
- Click the Edit link seen in the Actions drop-down menu.

- On the following page, set the Show this panel sliders to the On or Off position.
- On: The panel will display during a registration process.
- Off: The panel will not display during a registration process.

- On: The panel will display during a registration process.
- Click the Submit button located in the lower left-hand corner of the screen to apply your settings.
- Repeat Steps 3 through Step 6 until all of your registration panels have been added and subtracted accordingly.
Part 3) Rearrange The Panels in Your Registration Processes
- If desired, you can change the order in a registrant proceeds through the panels of your registration process in any flow you choose.

In the Registration form panels section, rearrange the registration panels by dragging and dropping the panels into their desired order.
- The drag and drop function is activated by clicking on the double arrows located in the Sort column of the Registration form panels section.
- You can only create one flow of registration panels across all of your CrowdFiber registration processes.
- Your dragged and dropped panels will automatically save and be applied to your registration processes in real-time.
